White noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.
All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services!
Full bathroom with stand up shower is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryer is also available.
Beach towels are also included during your stay.
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats 4 guests, with 2 additional stools available for seating at the kitchen bar.
Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods and toilet paper are provided!
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! It includes a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.
Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located next to the 2nd bedroom. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests have access to the entire home and exterior property space, with the exception of locked closets.
We are available as needed for guests! You can message us through Airbnb or reach out directly to the phone number provided after booking. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.
Driveway parking is available for 3 cars. Street parking is prohibited.
The grill is located at the front patio, and grill utensils are in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.
Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
