Bathroom is on the main level off the dining area, please note the size of the bathroom in the listing photos. The bathroom has a stand up shower and is stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Makeup towels are available along with a hair dryer. All bedrooms include additional towel hooks as bathrooms have limited space for drying towels.
Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen using Greenware pots & pans and silicone utensils. A starter supply of paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper are stocked. The dining area has a large table that will accommodate 6 guests.
Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee & tea bar! A Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker are available. We provide a starter pack of ground coffee, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.
Laundry is available on site. Laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked. An iron and ironing board are also available.
$250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets.
Guests will have access to the entire home, driveway and yard space. Guests do not have access to the garage.
We are available if needed for guests! Guests will be provided a unique keycode for entry for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.
Located in a residential neighborhood only 4 blocks from Menominee Park and Lake Winnebago. This neighborhood is conveniently located just over a mile from UW Oshkosh and downtown Oshkosh.
Parking in the driveway is available for three cars. Free street parking is available. Overnight street parking is not available in the winter to allow for city snow plows.
This home is not suitable for young children under 12 or people with impaired mobility due to the steep stairs with narrow stair treads leading to the second story.
