Located on the first floor, this private room features two queen beds. Smart TV is set up in guest mode for you to login to your preferred streaming services! Room darkening curtains have been installed for restful daytime sleep!

The bathroom with a stand-up shower is stocked with shampoo and body wash. Hairdryer is also available.

A simple setup includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig and 12-cup coffee maker. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, k-cups, creamer, sugar and stevia.

A starter supply of paper towels and dish soap are also provided.

Complimentary coffee and ice are available 24/7 in the hallway lobby, conveniently located across from the game room.

Free laundry is available in the building, with the washer and dryer located in the hallway off the game room.

Please note the indoor pool is temporarily closed for maintenance.

No pets are allowed in the room at any time. A $500 penalty will be charged for any unauthorized pets.

Guests will have full access to the private room along with all resort amenities, including the outdoor pool, game room, laundry area, hallway coffee station, driveway parking, and shared outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via Airbnb messaging. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

Guests are close to local restaurants, shops, and the lakefront, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The property is also a short drive to Road America, a popular destination for racing events and year-round entertainment.

The property offers 24 available parking spaces on site for guest use.
There are two designated parking lots: the North lot near the main entrance and the Southeast lot near the rear entrance. Please do not park in the West lot, as it is not part of the property and vehicles parked there may be towed.

The grill is located on the back deck and grill utensils are located in the kitchenette. Please let us know if you empty the tank so we can replace after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.
